VV Brown - Shark in the Water - Live Acosutic Session
The Sunshine EP - Japanese Release: Steve is releasing an EP in Japan on July 21st, it's called 'The Sunshine EP'. The 10 tracks are a mixture of new songs and special edition versions of album songs.
As well as Freshman instruments being used on the X Factor Live Tour, Jamie Afro is currently in the studio recording his debut album, using a Freshman 250DCE!
A BAND CALLED QUINN
Ghosts From The War by A Band Called Quinn will be released on a new double CD featuring some of the best of British new talent which is being released by campaign and advice group A Greener Festival. The Bands on the CD have been tipped by bookers at six of Britain’s best loved festivals including Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, T-in-the-Park, Kendal Calling, City Showcase and Solfest. The album is called Festival Harvest and is released as a limited edition double CD available from HMV; Amazon & all good download stores on the 7th of June.

I have been offered the lead role in a new theatre production about Motown! I start rehearsals this week and I haven't said anything until now as I wanted to be sure I wasn't dreaming! One of my ultimate dreams for the distant future is to do musical theatre so for me this is amazing. If you're UK based and you are interested in seeing the show, let me know, you may or may not be a Motown fan so I'd understand if not! The show tours UK this autumn.

A big congratulations to Chris who has been signed to Indie label 17 Seconds Records to release his 2nd album!Freshman Endorsee Steve Appleton was recently filming the video for his new single "city won't sleep" with 24 Director Frank Borin! He must have impressed as now Steve has been offered a cameo in the hit TV show!!! Look out for Steve's new single which is set to be released on 27th July with the highly anticiated debut album following on 10th August!

Kelly Clarkson
During the recent non stop acoustic promotion tour of her new single, which subsequently topped the charts, before her UK visit, Kelly's bass player, Einar, contacted Freshman. He knew about Freshman's reliable and quality instruments having seen the FA400DCE which was already in use on the tour. He asked for a Freshman bass to play throughout the rest of Kelly's live shows and promotional duties. Einar is now using a FA1BN for live and recording sessions!

UNSIGNED ARTIST CHRIS BRADLEY
Chris has been given the thumbs up by the judges at the Live and Unsigned auditions. Competing against hundreds of musicians on the day and over 10,000 nationally, Chris has been given the opportunity to prove that he is the best in the region. He will now be performing in the Regional Finals at the live stages of Live & Unsigned at the Royal Concert hall in Glasgow on Saturday 14 th March.

A band called quinn
A Band Called Quinn preview the release of their new single The Glimmer Song (out on neon Tetra Records on March the 9th) at the Apple Store in Glasgow with a live remix session.
The band, along with producer Alan Bryden, will demonstrate how to take a track apart using Logic Studio, then reconstruct it into a totally new mix from the component parts of the original recording. The mix will then be put up live online for all the world to hear.
If you're interested in using a Mac to make music or just fancy contributing a kazoo solo to the finished mix - come along!

The runners up were Satellite Tears who won a set of guitars from Freshman.
