Odeon Beatclub are an established scottish indie band. If you've been around the Scottish music scene the chances are you've probably heard them, heard of them, loaned them equipment or maybe even played bass for them. In their earliest incarnation the band most notably played at T in the Park and the best of T break, supported Snow Patrol, The Coral, Ballboy, Half Man Half Biscuit, Arab strap,Camera Obscura and many others. The band also performed at Fringe Sunday to an enthusiastic audience.
More recently the band have toured Scotland twice with Babyshambles (an education in Rocknroll behaviour) and played Connect Festival.Odeon Beatclub have also released singles Behind My Eye (Electric Honey Records 2003), Past Gone Mad, Take It Off, The Architect, The Midnight Service Station EP (Polyester Records 02-05) and The Glowing Underground EP (Fierce Panda Records 2004) and Being Realistic, Trouble Ticket and Last Gasp as well as the album Odeon Beatclub (Beatclub Recordings). The bands biggest selling single so far The New Kate Moss was released on Beatclub Recordings in Aug 2008. The band release How to Kill a Man in Nov 2008.
